I like a good workout like the next person. And, if you are the same, then you will be happy to know that Peloton will soon be opening up a sweat shop (in a good way) at Ross Park Mall. According to reports, the new gym should be open by Thanksgiving.
We are excited to add Peloton to our growing array of unique fitness-focused retailers,” says mall manager Lisa Earl. “Peloton is an extremely hot brand right now, and we are happy to offer our customers at Ross Park Mall the chance to experience this high tech workout at our mall.”
So what is Peloton all about?
They describe themselves as created by a Silicon Valley team of technologists. Peloton creates a high-tech, immersive cardio workout, replicating the indoor cycling studio experience for the home. Riders feel the energy of encouragement from real-time instructors, in classes that range from five to 90 minutes—across many different themes, difficulty levels and music genres.
In addition to selling the Peloton bikes, the store will feature accessories including shoes, heart-rate monitors, weights and headphones.
According to Ross Park Mall, this store is expected to open as of 12/7/2019. Entrance 3, between JCPenney and the Redevelopment Space.
